The design emphasis has been put in achieving extreme deep bass, long time reliability, high power handling, and very low-distortion - also under very large sound pressures. All XXLS subwoofers feature large full roll rubber surrounds, air dried nomex fiber impregnated cones and aluminum shorting rings for low distortion.
